Coated Baked Chicken Breast Recipe
This coated baked chicken breast recipe is easy to make and goes well with roasted potatoes.
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut lengthwise in halves
1/2 cup Panko breading
4 Tablespoons water
3 Tablespoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
3 Tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper
Heat oven to 400° F.
Line large baking tray with parchment paper.
In large bowl, mix together Panko breading, Italian seasoning, and cayenne pepper.
In separate bowl, mix together egg, water and oil
Dip chicken into egg mixture and then Panko mixture.
Place chicken on baking tray and bake for 30 minutes, turning half way through cooking.
